Department of Residence Life at Colorado School of Mines offers a wide variety of housing options for the traditional undergradudate student. Our First Year Residency Experience and Requirement is second to none. We will not only provide you with a home away from home but an experiential learning experience outside of the classroom.
Apartment Housing
The Apartments at Mines Park and Jones Road Apartments are apartment complexes that was built to provide convenient, affordable housing for the expanding upperclassman, graduate student, and family housing Mines community. The complex was built in three phases and features apartments for single students and families. One, two, and three bedroom units are available for single students, while families have access to one and two bedroom units.
